ONLINE WORKSHOP MOLECULAR DIAGNOSIS OF FASTIDIOUS BACTERIAL INFECTION BY REAL TIME PCR

The workshop was planned for the benefit of UG, PG and Research Scholars who work in life

sciences, especially in the field of Microbiology.

This workshop was scheduled for an invited talk with our eminent speaker Dr. Prabu, senior

Associate Professor, Department of Microbiology who delivers his speech on the clinical

significance on the Real-time PCR technique in detecting atypical bacteria in the lower respiratory

tract infections.

Also, we were happy to welcome Ms. Nikitha our M.Tech alumni and Researcher who currently works in the Experimental Hematology lab, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, USA. She was engaging the

online workshop in primer design, sample collection, molecular diagnosis of infection in lower respiratory tract, data analysis and interpretation
